DGAD Notifies Final Findings on Non Fertilizer Grade Phosphoric Acid from Israel and Taiwan

[Ref: No. 14/44/2010-DGAD dated 2^nd February 2012]

The provisional anti-dumping duty imposed on Non Fertiliser Grade Phosphoric Acid from Israel and Taiwan on 13 January 2012 by Dept. of Revenue Notification 04-ADD-Customs.

The DGAD final findings issued on 2 February 2012 shows that the dumping duty was slashed compared to the provisional findings.
