[Corrigendum dated 12^th April 2012]

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17^th March, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 185 (E), dated the 17^th March, 2012,-

(A) in the Table,

(i) in S. No. 386, against item (A), in column (5), for “Nil” read“ -”;

(ii) in S. No. 413, in column (6), for “52 or 53 or 55, and 62” read “52 or 53 or 54, and 62”;

(B) in the Annexure, in Condition No. 28, in clause (a), for the words “handloom made ups or polyester made ups” read “handloom made ups or cotton made-ups or polyester made ups”.
