In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-11/2008/3672-3676 dated 02.12.2011 issued in case of M/s Gururaj Steel, 144/164, T.P. Street, 6^th Kumbharwada, Mumbai by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for adjudication.
