BoA Approval not Required for Broad-Banding from Software to Hardware in IT Park

Subject: Clarification on broad- banding in IT/ITES Sector SEZ

This Department have been receiving a number of requests from Developers in IT/ITES sector to broad-band their product profile by including electronic hardware. This is to inform you that no approval of BoA is required for broad-banding as IT/ITES includes both Hardware and Software.
