Rough Marble Ceiling Raised to 1.4 Lakh MT from 1.1 Lakh MT

Sub: Guidelines for import of Rough Marble Blocks/Slabs for the year 2008-09.

Attention is invited to Policy Circular No.13 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated 30.6.2008 regarding eligibility and entitlement of units for import of rough marble blocks/slabs for the year 2008-09.

2. The quantity of import allowed under Para III of the aforementioned Circular is raised from 1.1 lakh MT to 1.4 lakh MT for the year 2008-09.

3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
