Import of Filter Rods for Pharmaceutical Products of Chapter 30

[Customs Notification No. 27 (Non Tariff) dated 28^th March 2012]

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 16/2011-Cus (N. T.), dated, the 1^st March,2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 155 (E), dated the 1^st March,2011, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against S.No.2, for the entry in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Filter cigarettes, bidis or Pharmaceutical products of Chapter 30”.
