Deadline for India–UK CETA Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) Applications Extended by 5 Days, New Date 9 August 2026

· The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Public Notice No. 26/2026-27 extending the deadline for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India–United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for Calendar Year (CY) 2026.

· The Public Notice has been issued under Paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023.

· The extension is in continuation of:

o Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026, and

o Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026.

· The decision was taken in view of representations received from trade and industry.

· Revised last date for submission of online TRQ applications is 09 August 2026.

· All other terms and conditions contained in Public Notice Nos. 19/2026-27 and 22/2026-27 remain unchanged.

· Effect of the Public Notice: The deadline for filing online applications for allocation of TRQ under the India–UK CETA for CY 2026 stands extended up to 09 August 2026.

Effect of this Public Notice: The last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India-United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) for CY 2026 is hereby extended up to 09th August 2026.

Subject: Extension of Last Date for Submission of TRQ Applications under the India-United Kingdom Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement {CETA) for CY 2026.

In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, and in continuation of Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026, and in view of the representations received from the trade and industry, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby extends the last date for submission of online applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under the India-UK CETA up to 09.08.2026.

2. All other terms and conditions stipulated under Public Notice No. 19/2026-27 dated 09.07.2026 and Public Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 20.07.2026 shall remain unchanged.
