15 April is Last Date for Submission of VKGUY Applications

The following Trade Notice was issued by the Zonal Jt. DGFT, New Delhi on 15^th March 2010.

Subject: Submission of application in terms of Para 3.13.4 of Policy.

Trade had filed their applications with CLA, Delhi from 15.01.2010 to 15.02.2010 to avail Duty Credit Scrips under Para 3.13.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, in respect of exports made during the period April to September 2009 i.e., half yearly. Trade is hereby informed that deficiencies in respect of such applications should be met by 15th April 2010, failing which applications are liable to be rejected.
