Legal Metrology Act 2009 in Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise Duties) Act will Come into Force on 1 August 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 of the Finance Act, 2011 ( 8 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of August, 2011, as the date on which, the provisions of the said section shall come in to force.
